Expressive and loose, this bright painting is part of my exploration of flower fields created not from reference, but with intuitive, gestural mark-making. Named with a phrase from Emily Dickinson’s poem ‘There is Another Sky’, these paintings are an exploration of serenity and inner peace for me.
